Improving and Assessing
Integrative Learning Outcomes
A grant from the Teagle Foundation of New York serves as the backbone for a collaborative study to explore the impact of integrative learning experiences during students' first year of college. Throughout the project, emphasis will be placed on faculty-driven assessment initiatives.
The three-year Teagle Foundation grant was awarded in May 2006 in response to a proposal titled Improving and Assessing Integrative Learning Outcomes (click here to view the grant proposal).
Four southeastern colleges share the grant, which is administered by Agnes Scott College (GA). Joining Agnes Scott in the research collaborative are Converse College (SC), University of North Carolina - Asheville (NC) and Wofford College (SC).
